It is a priority at Plastic Ingenuity to develop systems and processes that allow customers to launch their products faster than the competition. A vital component to our success is a dedicated team of design engineers, mold makers and prototype technicians, who utilize the latest technology to quickly form a customer’s vision into reality.

Last year, on average, we were able to turn a sketch over to a customer in 3.1 days and prototype samples created in six business days, allowing our customers to test form, fit and function merely days from their original ”vision.” Our team continues to improve systems, driving down lead times.

Our custom thermoformed packaging solutions for the retail industry include electronic accessory clamshell packaging, wet wipes containers, tool kit trays, retail display trays, gift box trays, sporting goods packaging, blisters and trifolds.
