Custom plastic thermoformer, Plastic Ingenuity, announced today the impending completion of an ISO class 8 (class 100,000) clean room. This clean room will be located at its corporate headquarters in Cross Plains, Wisconsin. Plastic Ingenuity plans moving into their new ISO class 8 clean room in early October, 2006.
Clean rooms are nothing new to Plastic Ingenuity. They built their first clean room in the early 1990's and it has been the home for food and medical products ever since. This new clean room will be strictly dedicated to their medical business. “We wanted to expand our capabilities for our medical customers and provide them with an industry leading clean room experience. A lot of analysis has gone into designing the ideal environment for our medical business. Wespent a lot of time collaborating with our medical partners to assure that our new clean room will meet and exceed their needs, I believe it will,” states Jason Crosby, Medical Business Manager for Plastic Ingenuity.
